Walking from Bethnal Green Underground Station
When walking through the ticket barriers go straight ahead to the exit in front of you. Take the right hand steps, at the top turn left and walk under a railway bridge. Walk for about 8-10 minutes until you reach Squirries Street. At the lights, cross BGR and then turn left and walk about 100 metres more. There is a white door between a dry cleaner's called Attaboy and a male hairdresser's called A1/Yaseen. Press buzzer C - Counselling and you will be buzzed in. The consulting room is on the first floor to the right.

Walking from Bethnal Green Overground Station
On leaving the station, cross the road and walk along Wilmot Street until you get to Bethnal Green Road. Then turn left and carry on as described above as if coming from Bethnal Green Underground Station.

Travelling from Liverpool Street Underground or Main Line Stations
Take a number 8 or 388 bus on the side of Liverpool St Station going east. Disembark when you get to Barnet Grove bus stop (outside Bethnal Green Centre). Walk east past Barnet Grove for about 100 metres.

Walking from Whitechapel Underground Station
From Whitechapel Underground Station, turn right and walk until you get to Vallance Road. Turn right into Vallance Road and walk to the end of it where you will be at Bethnal Green Road. Cross Bethnal Green Road at the lights, turn left and walk for about another 100 meters.

Walking from Hackney Road
If on a bus, disembark at Hackney City Farm. Walk down Warner Place and across the pelican crossing and into Squirries Street. At the traffic lights turn right into Bethnal Green Road and walk for about another 100 metres.

Walking from (the new)Shoreditch High Street Overground Station
On leaving the station turn immediately left and walk about 50 metres up to Bethnal Green Road. Then turn right and walk along Bethnal Green Road for about 7-8 minutes. The address is on the opposite side of Bethnal Green Road.
